Is Urthbox offered internationally?
Currently, Urthbox is available in the US and Canada. Shipments to Canada incur additional shipping fees.
What types of items are included in my box?
Urthbox primarily consists of snacks and beverages. Occasionally, we may include unique edible items like quick meal options, sauces, candies, or gummies to enhance your experience
Are all products in Urthbox GMO-Free?
Yes all our food and beverages are free from GMO and other harmful additives.
Is the Vegan box completely free from animal by products?
Our vegan box is free from any animal byproducts. While the products might not be certified as vegan, vendors verify their vegan status for each batch. However, please note that some snacks are manufactured in shared facilities with eggs. dairy and other animal products and thus state 'May contain traces".
Is the Gluten Free box safe for individuals with allergies and celiac?
The contents of this box are devoid of gluten products and are vendor-verified. However, they might be stored and produced in shared facilities. If you have medical conditions, it's wise to read the labels before consumption. Our focus is on providing gluten-free options. These many not necessarily be certified Gluten Free.
What can I expect in Protein Plus box?
The Protein Plus option focuses on delicious treats packed with high protein, balanced carbs, free from added sugars, and complemented by nourishing, protein and non-protein rich beverages designed to energize, detoxify, and refresh.
Whatās in the classic box?
Classic box contains all our goodies without any dietary restrictions.
What should I do if my snacks arrive damaged?
Your experience is valuable to both us and the brands we work with. If your package doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us at support@urthbox.com, and we'll make it right.
When does my box get shipped?
If your order or renewal is placed between 1st and 14th of the month it gets shipped on the 15th of the same month. If your order or renewal falls between 15th- 31st of the month, it gets shipped on the 1st of the following month. If it is a rush order please email us at support@urthbox.com and we will try our best to accomodate you.
What if I am not at home this month?
No stress! You can easily skip or pause the delivery. Even better you can ship it to another address so you are well fueled wherever you are! And if its too confusing just give us a shout at support@urthbox.com and we will sort it all out for you.
How does the Gift Card work?
Urthbox Gift Cards are perfect for any occasion or simply to brighten someone's day. Here's how to give the gift of Urthbox:
1. Start by clicking the "Send a Gift Card" button.
2. Select the size and plan you'd like to gift.
3. Provide the recipient's email address and include your personalized message during the checkout process.
The recipient will promptly receive the Gift Card via email, complete with a unique Gift Code. They'll have the freedom to choose their preferred box type and input their personal and shipping information. Inside the email they receive, there will be a link and straightforward instructions on how to redeem the Gift Card.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
The Urthbox Gift Card functions just like any other eGift card:
Simply click the link provided in the email.
Choose your preferred box type. You also have the option to upgrade the plan or size of the box for an additional cost.
During checkout, input all the necessary shipping and personal details, along with the Gift Code from the email, into the Discount Code box.
If no upgrades are selected, the charge will display as zero, and you can proceed to complete the checkout process.
Please note that you'll be prompted to enter credit card information, as some individuals may choose to upgrade. However, if you opt not to, there will be no charge on your card.
Are there new snacks in the box each month?
Each month, we unveil 7-12 brand-new and distinctive items. Nevertheless, we also enjoy incorporating a selection of perennial favorites and beloved snacks and treats, recognizing that there are some things you just can't get enough of. In our larger boxes designed for families or corporate settings, you might even find multiples of certain goodies to cater to larger groups and gatherings.
Why would I subscribe to Urthbox when I can just get the items I want at the store?
Many of the snacks and goodies featured in Urthbox are not readily available at your typical neighborhood stores. Even if you were to purchase these items online individually, the shipping costs could quickly add up. Moreover, receiving a monthly surprise of healthy and clean snacks and other treats in your mailbox is not only enjoyable but also comes with additional perks. You can login to your account and get digital access to discount codes, and fun facts about these goodies (coming soon)
What if I don't want a subscription?
If you're interested in purchasing a single box or prefer not to commit to a subscription, you have the option to log into your account immediately after making the purchase and cancel your subscription. Rest assured, you will still receive the first box you've paid for, but you won't be billed for subsequent ones.
Alternatively, you can buy a Gift Card by choosing the box and plan you like and redeem the card. It will be a one time purchase.
How difficult is it to cancel Urthbox?
Canceling Urthbox is very easy! All you need to do is log-in to your account and hit the cancel button. Alternatively, you can also skip or pause upcoming renewals if youād prefer to take a break instead of canceling. Our subscribers have had great success using this feature to use Urthbox as a reminder to stick with it, rather than giving up.
What happened to the Keto box subscription?
